When I first began this blog, it was all about sweet treats and robust meals. I still love making sweet treats, that will never change! However, we eat very differently as a family now, and those fat/calorie/sugar filled meals no longer really fit into our life.
What I have begun to do is to give my meals makeovers. Yes, food gets makeovers too! I have challenged myself to make our favorite meals into a much healthier version. What I won't compromise is taste. If I don't think the healthier version of a recipe tastes great, I won't post it.
